Back Bay Capital Corp. (BBC) – Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Business

Back Bay Capital Corp. (BBC) is a private family-owned holding company. BBC may invest in, hold, manage, operate, and provide services to a variety of owned businesses and assets. BBC does not offer or sell consumer goods or services directly to the public unless explicitly stated otherwise.


2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in any communication, transaction, service, or investment with Back Bay Capital, all parties acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from further engagement with BBC.


3. Good Faith Agreement
All parties agree to act in good faith, disclose material facts, and communicate openly during any transaction or relationship with BBC.


4. No Fiduciary Relationship
Unless specifically outlined in a signed, written agreement, no fiduciary relationship is created between BBC and any other party.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Back Bay Capital Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with any transaction, investment, or service.


6. Taxes and Fees

Parties engaging with BBC are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other governmental charges arising from their activities.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared with BBC during the course of its operations may be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law. BBC expects the same confidentiality from all parties.


8. Compliance with Laws

All transactions and operations must comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.


9. Modifications to Terms
Back Bay Capital Corp. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted or made available upon request.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine (or [your desired state if different]), without regard to conflict of law principles.


11. Electronic Communications

By communicating with Back Bay Capital Corp., you consent to receive electronic communications related to BBC’s activities. You may opt out at any time by notifying BBC in writing.


12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and complete agreement between the parties unless a separate written agreement is signed by authorized representatives of BBC.
